A
doctoral graduate from the University of Western Australia, Grant is a specialist in the formation of self managed business
units and other structural and systems changes required for high level organisational performance. He is a frequent presenter at International Management Conferences and leads regular management tours to
the best performing worksites in Europe and North America.
Grant
has worked extensively as a corporate coach throughout Australia, the United States and Eastern Asia. He is a founding member of both the Australian and North American Workplace Global Networks.
With a background in sport
psychology, including three years as “performance coach” for the Kookaburra America’s Cup campaign, Grant
moved to corporate coaching in 1987. He has conducted “Manager to Coach” education programs in Australia and the United
States for over 5,000 managers from more than 400 companies.
